Additional information
- All standard UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
- Failed transactions (e.g. incorrect postal information, declined cards, etc.) and out of stock items will delay your delivery. We will notify you via email if there is any trouble regarding your order. Please be sure to check your email (spam/junk) if you have not received your order by the expected date.
- We will process your order with care as soon as possible, however, once your order has left our premises Medverita.co.uk cannot be responsible for any transport delays, damages, or any circumstances beyond our control.
- Please note medverita.co.uk is closed on all major bank holidays; therefore, delivery times will be affected during those periods.
- Please be ensured that there is someone to receive your delivery at the expected date and time. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot and a note will be left at your address. No refund is offered if a parcel is not collected and the item is sent back to our warehouse.
Returns
- All returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund. - If you are returning an item, you need to give us full name, address, order number, a reason for return and state that this is a return package.

- In most cases, we make a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
- Refunds of shipping:
– We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
– You are obliged to pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our fault.
- When sending products back to us for refund or exchange please make sure there are no surcharges to the recipient. In our experience, broker service charges apply to the recipients when shipping via FedEx or Royal Mail. Our company does not cover them, which may affect failed delivery and return of a parcel.
- You should receive the refund no more than 10-14 working days after we receive and check the product.
